Beautiful Home Living ~ Black Banisters

Painting your banister is an attractive way to dress up your staircase. I mentioned in my "What Color is your Banister" post that we painted our banister (which leads up to the renovated third floor) a black lacquer with a shiny finish. The black color provides a nice contrast against the pastel walls. Here are the photos.

In the Studio with Ish and Chi

Ever since I finished my Art Studio renovation, I am fascinated by other inspirational work spaces. Viv from Ish and Chi has such a creative and

whimsical place to work. It's so refreshing!

If you are not familiar with her designs, visit her Etsy shop here.

Don't you think this chandelier print will go great in my studio?

I love the fresh color!
